General Tour Conditions: 1.Tour Cost includes return airfare, all hotels with breakfast and transfers. 2. All deposits (50%) must be paid on confirmation of booking. 3. Full payment 2 months before departure. 4 Airport Taxes & Fuel Levies are generally excluded. 5. Gate fees to places of interest to be visited on tours, if any, are excluded. 6. Hotels booked are 5, 4 & 3 star institutions and include breakfast. Single Supplement shall apply as an extra cost for single room occupation. The Agent reserves the right to change hotels to a ‘suitable’ institution at their discretion. Rooms are generally Superior or Standard rooms. Should the travelers wish to upgrade rooms it will be at their cost. 7. Deluxe rooms are available on request. 8. Should the traveler decide to deviate from the tour itinerary at any time while on tour, they do so at their own risk and cost. Africa Asia Tours & Travel shall not be held responsible for any injury, inconvenience, costs or losses suffered as a result of this action. 9. Should the traveler decide to deviate from the tour itinerary, there shall be no refund on any unused airline tickets, hotel rooms booked and tours booked – whatsoever the circumstances. 10. All travelers must ensure that their passports are valid for more than 6 months AFTER travel. 11. The tour costs are SUBJECT TO – airline increases, fuel increases, hotel availability and currency fluctuations. 12. Prices quoted are not guaranteed until full payment is received. 13. Cash deposits attract a 1.2% cash deposit fee. 14. Visa fees, if any are required, are excluded. 15. Travelers below 18 years shall have their Parent’s or Guardian’s permission to travel. TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel insurance is not included but can be arranged on request. Please ask your agent for a quote. INDEMNITY: 1. The Traveler, when signing below, hereby indemnifies Africa Asia Tours & Travel cc, its Agents, and Employees from any liabilities arising from illness or injury and/ or damage or loss to self or property at any time while on tour. 2. Hiring or renting of any type of vehicle – bicycle, motor car, motorbike or scooter – for personal use on the tour is done so at own cost and risk. CANCELLATION: 1. The details of the tour is as per the appropriate itinerary and the General Tour Conditions. 2. A cancellation fee of R450 is payable when cancelling a booking. Confirmed bookings cancelled 90 days before departure will receive full refund on deposits paid less R450. 3. Cancellations received 60 days before departure will receive 70% refund. 4. No refund on hotel costs when cancelling within 60 days of departure. 5. No refund on hotel rooms already booked when cancelling while on tour. 6. The airlines will refund 70% of full ticket when cancelling before departure. If any part of the ticket has been used, there shall be no refund. 7. Upgrading of group tickets are not permitted by Malaysian, Singaporean, Thai or Qatar Airways as well as Nokair, Bangkok Air and AirAsia. E&OE.
